Q1: Can you provide me all your catalogue or price list?
A1: Sorry we have so many products including exercise bike, elliptical bike, treadmill, orbitrac, spinning bike, AB machine, Body crunch, recumbent bike, home gym, rowing machine, weight bench, sit-up bench, stepper, massager, inversion table and other fitness equipment. So please kindly let us know which kind of products you are interested in and provide me the item number or some more information, then we can recommend to you accordingly.
Q2: How long about the delivery date?
A2: Normally 30-40 days after we receive the deposit or L/C document, but it could be affected by the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Q3: Can you supply a sample?
A3: Yes, but we will charge more for the samples, and you have to pay the delivery cost. It takes about 7 days to make the samples.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
A4: We accept 2 different models in 1x20ft container.
Q5: Do you have some certification?
A5: Some products do have some certification, but some don’t. Pls offer the model number so that we can check about this.
Q6: How about the payment?
A6: We accept T/T(40% deposit, 60% balance) or Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q7: How about your after-service?
A7: We will offer 1% easy wear spare parts free of charge along with the container based on the order quantity,and we will send you the component for free to replace the damaged one if it is caused by the quality problem.
Q8: Can you make a new design for us?
A8: Yes, we have our own professional research and development term to help our customer to make or cooperate about the new design.
